    Failure to achieve technical successful transcatheter aortic valve replacement according to the Valve Academic Research Consortium (VARC)-3 definition was associated with a twofold increased risk of the composite endpoint of cardiovascular death and stroke at 1 year after the procedure, according to a new analysis of the Bern TAVR Registry.
