    SAN DIEGO — Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) guided by intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) resulted in significantly better clinical outcomes than PCI guided by angiography, according to findings presented Monday at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) conference.
