The benefit of complete revascularization over culprit-lesion-only percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), previously shown in the COMPLETE trial, was consistent whether or not multivessel disease patients had lesions in the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery, an analysis of the COMPLETE trial shows.
