    The use of quantitative flow ratio (QFR) does not lead to fewer patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of the non-culprit lesion compared to angiography guidance, but QFR does lead to fewer lesions being stented, new randomized trial results show.
