    Among patients undergoing aortic valve replacement (AVR), the extent of cardiac damage at baseline was associated with lower Kansas City Cardiomyopathy Questionnaire (KCCQ) scores at baseline and at 1 year as well as increased risk of poor outcome (death or poor health status), a post hoc analysis of the PARTNER trials shows.
