    Optical coherence tomography (OCT)-guidance improved clinical outcomes and cut the risk of cardiac death, myocardial infarction (MI), stent thrombosis and the need for revascularization by 38% in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedures, compared to conventional angiography-led stenting, in the South Korean OCCUPI trial.
