A randomized trial that sought to include younger, low-surgical risk patients with severe, symptomatic aortic stenosis (AS) and those with bicuspid aortic valves showed similar results between transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) and surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR).
