    BOSTON — Self-expanding transcatheter heart valves showed superior hemodynamic performance to that of balloon-expandable valves (BEVs) at 1 year after transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) in patients with severe aortic stenosis and small aortic annuli, a new registry analysis shows.
