    Fractional flow reserve (FFR)-guided percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and  coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) improved the quality of life of patients with three-vessel coronary artery disease (CAD) at 1 year, with no significant difference between the two groups, according to a new FAME-3 substudy.
