  • CorMicA: Patients with angina but no obstructive CAD benefit from medical therapy guided by adjunctive coronary function testing

    SAN DIEGO — Patients presenting with angina who did not have obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) experienced markedly less severe angina at 6 months after undergoing medical therapy stratified by an interventional diagnostic procedure (IDP) compared to those who underwent standard therapy after invasive coronary angiography, according to findings presented Tuesday at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) conference.
