“Y-Pattern, 4-Quadrant, Multiple Points” Is the Answer
We read with interest the letter to the editor of Patel and colleagues, commenting our clinical results with novel endovascular approach for renal denervation applying radiofrequency energy in multiple points in all accessible branches of renal arteries (Y-pattern), both published recently in Journal of CRM. These two publications raised the important question about the best route and target for renal sympathetic denervation to treat resistant hypertension.
