  • An Unusual Treatment for Ventricular Tachycardia

A patient presented with chest pain and ventricular tachycardia. Cardiac computed tomography revealed port-a-cath fracture and embolization into the coronary sinus and the right atrium/ventricle ( Fig. 1 ). Right internal jugular vein access was obtained with an 11 French sheath. A 27–45 mm Ensnare (Merit Medical, South Jordan, UT, USA) was inserted through a JR4 guide catheter and successfully retrieved the fragment ( Fig. 1 ). The patient's symptoms subsequently resolved.
