    Background

    Atrial fibrillation (AF) is common in patients presenting with myocardial infarction (MI). Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) has been shown to improve cardiovascular outcomes in MI. However, outcomes of PCI in AF patients presenting with MI remains largely unknown.
