  • New Year and New Journal: Resolutions for 2020

2019 was a very good year for Cardiovascular Revascularization Medicine (CRM), with more than 160 full-length, revealing scientific manuscripts, 20 valuable case reports and 70 top-notch editorials contributed by the Cardiovascular Research Technologies (CRT) meeting faculty and beyond. CRM is being established as an important and mature journal in the field of interventional cardiology. The diversity of the topics that the journal offers mimics in part the CRT meeting tracks. The first issue of the new year is a good example of the growing variety of subjects you can find in the journal. This issue covers Coronary, Chronic Total Occlusion, Cardiogenic Shock, Structural Heart Disease, Technology and Innovation, Peripheral Artery Disease, and Regulatory and Health Care Policy. Adding to these are state-of-the-art reviews, letters to the editor, the Image of the Issue, and eight brilliant editorials, including the Last Word with Spencer King, who joined the journal last year as Editor-at-Large. What could be a better lineup to start the 21st year of the journal?
