  • Pseudo-fracture finding by optical coherence tomography: A Palmaz-Schatz stent

    A 76 year-old male with a history of percutaneous coronary intervention over two decades prior presented to the cardiac catheterization laboratory for stable angina with a positive nuclear stress test in the left anterior descending artery territory. Coronary angiography demonstrated an in-stent restenosis of the left anterior descending artery in which the deployed stent was unknown.
