The Terumo Radial to Peripheral (R2P) Destination Slender sheath (Terumo Interventional System, Somerset, NJ, USA) was designed for performing peripheral angiograms/interventions and percutaneous coronary interventions (PCIs) from the radial artery . The sheath is available in 6-French size with lengths of 75 cm and 85 cm for coronary procedures and 119 cm and 149 cm for peripheral procedures.
