We have recently read with great interest the article by Ghosh et al. entitled “Two-step V-stenting and simultaneous kissing stent via 6F guides: Simple just got simpler” . We congratulate the authors for demonstrating the feasibility of their new method in simultaneous double stent implantation techniques using a 6-Fr guiding catheter. On the other hand, we believe that several substantial issues should be addressed based on the current literature.
