After admission with NSTEMI , a 59-year-old female patient has undergone invasive coronary angiography, which showed chronic LM occlusion with retrograde supply via collaterals from RCA . Also, significant narrowing at the RCA-PL/LCx collateral transition and a critical stenosis in the mid tract of the RCA were observed ( Fig. 1 Panel A ). The mid RCA lesion was intervened by a 4.0/32 mm stent implantation ( Fig. 1 Panel B ). Further, the case could have been potentially solved by CABG or CTO intervention, but the patient did not consent for these procedures.
