    Thirty-eight years old man known smoker who presented to the ER with a chest pain that is localized not diffuse, but states that sometimes related to effort. Patient reported a previous episode of chest pain 2 months ago for which he didn't seek medical advice. ECG showed Qs in II, III, aVF and from V1 to V6.
