  • Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Efficiency and Quality Improvement During PCI Utilizing A Standardized OCT Workflow in a Real-World Setting: Results From the Lightlab Initiative

Background: Utilization of intracoronary imaging during percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) remains low despite evidence of clinical benefit. Operator perception that imaging is time-intensive is among the most significant barriers to adoption. The LightLab (LL) Initiative was designed to evaluate the impact of utilizing a standardized optical coherence tomography (OCT) workflow to address barriers to imaging.
