    Women with mild to moderate aortic stenosis (AS) were more likely than men to have preserved left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and concentric left ventricular hypertrophy, and women had slower hemodynamic progression of AS and lower rates of aortic valve replacement (AVR), a new retrospective cohort analysis shows.
