    Remote titration of guideline-directed medical therapy (GDMT) was effective, safe and feasible in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), increasing the percentage of patients achieving target doses in a shorter time with no excess adverse events, in comparison with standard care, a new study shows.
