    In patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI) who were eligible for surgery and had an adequate saphenous vein, surgical bypass outperformed endovascular therapy, but there was no difference between the treatment strategies in CLTI patients without an adequate saphenous vein, new trial results show.
