Coronary stenosis patients with definite discordance between fractional flow reserve (FFR) and nonhyperemic pressure ratio (NHPR) have higher rates of 1-year major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), but those with marginal discordance do not, according to a new study of the J-PRIDE registry.
