  • Cold Laser Atherectomy Noninferior to Excimer Laser in Lower Limb PAD: Chinese Study

    A 355-nm cold laser atherectomy (CLA) system is noninferior to conventional 308-nm excimer laser atherectomy (ELA) for treating lower limb atherosclerotic stenosis and occlusion, with signals of benefit in long and complex lesions, according to new multicenter randomized trial data.
