  • Dobutamine Does Not Reduce NT-proBNP, Decreases BP in Patients With AMI at Risk for Cardiogenic Shock: DOBERMANN-D

    Patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) who are at risk of developing cardiogenic shock (CS) in the hospital after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) do not see a reduction in N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) levels from early dobutamine infusion, though systolic blood pressure (BP) does decrease.
