    Persistent fragmentation in peripheral artery disease (PAD) care continues to drive high rates of cardiovascular events, limb loss and mortality, with multidisciplinary team-based management emerging as a central requirement for patients with chronic limb-threatening ischemia (CLTI), according to a new report from the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and American Heart Association (AHA).
