Long-Term South Korean Registry Data: Angio-IMR, Wire-Derived IMR Show Similar Diagnostic Accuracy in STEMI Patients
Angiography-derived index of microcirculatory resistance (angio-IMR) showed high correlation and diagnostic accuracy to predict wire-derived IMR in a new 10-year post-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) South Korean registry study and showed those with angio-IMR >40 U were at significantly greater risk.
