1-Month DAPT Noninferior to Standard DAPT in Patients Not at High Bleeding Risk – Korean Randomized Trial
Aspirin monotherapy following 1 month of dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) after polymer-free drug-coated stent (PF-DCS) implantation is non-inferior to 6 to 12 months of DAPT after biodegradable polymer drug-eluting stent (BP-DES) implantation in a patient population that is not exclusively high bleeding risk, according to trial results released Wednesday.
