    PARIS -- Two adjunctive therapies for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) -- thrombectomy and endovascular cooling -- failed to show much benefit in ST-segment elevation MI (STEMI) patients, researchers reported here, though slight signals of benefit appeared to sustain some enthusiasm for them.
