    Single-center series, with anticoagulant Tx for most, leaves open question

    Patients who developed leaflet thrombosis within days of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and often were anticoagulated for it, were not at greater risk of death or neurological events during the following year, a single-center report indicated.
