    Low-level laser therapy applied to the bone marrow as an adjunct to primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) lowered troponin‐T levels in ST-segment elevation MI (STEMI) in a randomized controlled feasibility study. Laser-stimulated stem cell therapy “may benefit ischemic myocardium,” the researchers suggested in the Journal of Interventional Cardiology.
